On those days when you’re the bug instead of the windshield, all you want is a glass of wine and your mom’s home cooking. In case Mom is living it up in Boca or home is just too far way, you should go down to Beausoleil and order the Bacon-Wrapped Meatloaf with Fingerling Potatoes.

This lady-sized portion of meatloaf is sliced then browned to give it a golden crust. This dish comes with French fried fingerling potatoes piled high and drizzled with Beausoleil’s own Creole Catsup. The catsup’s tangy body is perfectly balanced with the heat of traditional hot sauce.

This twisted version of the quintessential comfort food is one you’ll want to eat slowly, letting each of its flavors dance on your palette.
